Terms and conditions
Exclusion Goods:
- Furs, watches, jewelry, gems, precious stones, and articles made of or containing gold (or other precious metals and/or precious stone), art, antiques, firearms, and Collectable Items, weapon battery
- Goods purchased for resale or items which are goods, damaged goods, or second-hand goods at the time of purchase, Goods purchased for commercial use including items purchased for resale or tools of trade or profession
- All types of vehicles including accessories and spare parts
- Consumable or perishable items
Period of Insurance : 1 year coverage start from next day after registration date
Maximum service coverage:
- Paid in full but not more than 100% of the value of the goods (Net price after discount). Unlimited items cover up to a value of USD100 or equal to THB3,500 per occurrence limit and annual aggregate limit
- Limit one registration per ID card number for Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum cardholders that are issued in Thailand (Except Credit card for business or Corporate credit card). Registration is limit to 1,500 usage per month.
Terms and Conditions:
- Limit goods from seller who registered online store-shop and use registered delivery service with tracking number assigned and provided by the seller of the Goods or a designated transportation company.
- Cardholder must inform online store/shop via sales channel or email
- The company will pay claims payment up to a value goods (net price after discount). Cardholder must send the proof of evidence that cardholder take all necessary reasonable action against the Seller to send replacement goods or refund the purchase amount and seller has failed to refund. The company has the right to request additional necessary documents or photo for consideration.
- The coverage is in excess of other applicable insurance or other benefits from the seller or transportation company that can recover from any other source.
- The coverage is only for the delivery address for the goods mist be the potential address of cardholder’s residence in Thailand exclude public address.
